Part-Time Enrollment
The Part-Time Public School Open Enrollment Application must be submitted to and approved by Destinations Career Academy of Wisconsin six weeks prior to the start of a semester. To submit part-time applications for Semester 1 of the 2020-2021 school year:
- Download and complete a Part-Time Public School Open Enrollment [PDF]
- Fall semester applications must be submitted by July 21, 2020
- Students should work with their school district to complete the application and submit the application to the Destinations Career Academy office via:
