Open Enrollment Regular Application for the 2024-2025 school year.

Follow the steps below to apply for the 2024–2025 school year.

Full-Time Enrollment

Step 1

Complete an online Open Enrollment Regular Application at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction website. A copy of this completed form will automatically be submitted to our Destinations Career Academy of Wisconsin school staff and to the contact information you provide on your application. Click here to complete the Open Enrollment Regular Application in Spanish.

Be sure to submit your application for fall enrollment by 4 PM on April 30.

Step 2

By early June, families will receive a letter indicating if their application is approved or denied. If approved, the letter will include the next steps on how to enroll.
