Destinations Career Academy: Celebrating Our October Students of the Month!

Destinations Career Academy is excited to announce our Students of the Month for October,  chosen by our dedicated school administration and teachers. These exceptional individuals have  demonstrated outstanding academic achievements, made positive contributions to their  educational pathways, and shown a strong commitment to their education. 

Agriculture & Natural Resources: Alondra  

Congratulations to Alondra on being named our October Student of the Month in the AG &  Natural Resources Pathway! She has started the year strong by staying on top of her work, actively  engaging in class, and showing tremendous growth from last year. Her hard work and positive  attitude are setting her up for a successful year. We are so proud of you, Alondra! 

Construction & Engineering: Kyle  

Kyle is a senior in the Construction and Engineering pathway. He is very active in his classes and  in homeroom. Kyle excels in his academics, advocates for himself, and is prompt to fulfill  expectations on time. We have seen Kyle’s growth throughout his time at DCA. We are proud of  Kyle and really look forward to seeing what he will do after he graduates. Congratulations to Kyle  for being named our October Student of the Month! 

Health Sciences: Josiah 

Josiah demonstrates an enthusiasm for learning and a personable attitude. He is always in class  on camera, goes on mic, and participates with his peers, no matter the subject matter. He brings  a passion for involvement both in class and in extracurricular activities, like HOSA – Future  Health Professionals. We are proud of Josiah and all he has accomplished this first month of  school, especially being a new student with us. We look forward to watching his growth! 

Information Technology: Abdul  

Abdul is a wonderful example of an engaged and hardworking Business & Information  Technology student. In Accounting, he consistently turns in high-quality work on time and always  puts forth his best effort. He helps make class more enjoyable by actively participating on the mic  and contributing thoughtful comments in the chat. With his enthusiasm for business, positive  attitude, and determination to build a successful future, Abdul is truly deserving of being named  our Business & Information Technology Student of the Month! 

Law and Criminal Justice: Malachi  

Malachi is the Law Pathway Student of the Month! Malachi brings enthusiasm, initiative,  collaboration, and commitment to his learning. His communication is clear, constructive, and  thoughtful, and he asks good questions both in and out of class. Malachi has been engaged and  enthusiastic, and it’s been a pleasure to have him as a member of our pathway! Congratulations,  Malachi!
