Business Management & Administration: Liam Finn
Senior student, Liam Finn, has demonstrated exceptional dedication and achievement within the Business Management & Administration pathway, making them a clear choice for April’s Student of the Month. After completing more than ten courses across the business and IT pathways, Liam has built a strong foundation and consistently excels with the course content. Liam’s interest and confidence in business subjects are especially evident in Accounting, where they demonstrate a solid knowledge of the core concepts and their application. Liam’s accomplishments reflect both academic

Construction & Engineering: Fontana Luhman
The Construction and Engineering Pathway would like to nominate Fontana Luhman for student of the month. Fontana has shown impressive growth during her time at DCA. She is a humble presence who gives credit to others for her success and growth. Fontana is gifted in reflection and deep thinking and articulates her thoughts clearly and concisely in conversation. It has been a pleasure to interact with Fontana and we look forward to seeing what the future holds for her after graduation.
Health Sciences: Max Allie
Max is a true pleasure to have in class. He can be counted on to participate in classroom discussions, ask deeper level thinking questions, and is a student that others can look up to. Max also always submits quality work, demonstrating a true passion for the field of Health Sciences. Continue being a positive leader, Max!
Information Technology: Jaxxen Cobb
Jaxxen Cobb is a conscientious and motivated student who consistently takes pride in his work and strives for excellence in everything he does. He demonstrates a strong curiosity for learning, especially when it comes to exploring a wide range of computer programs and digital platforms. He performs very well across his classes and is an active participant in class discussions, contributing thoughtful ideas and insights. Academic plans for next year include taking courses through Start College Now. Jaxxen plans to attend Madison College to study Cloud DevOps and Cybersecurity, with the goal of pursuing a career in DevSecOps or Platform Engineering. His commitment to learning and passion for technology makes him truly deserving of recognition as Student of the Month for the IT Pathway.
Law and Criminal Justice: Ian May
Ian is the April Law Pathway Student of the Month in recognition of his consistent effort and positive presence in the classroom. He is an effective communicator who engages respectfully with both classmates and teachers, helping to create a supportive learning environment.
He shows strong responsibility by regularly attending Homeroom and making good use of that time. In his classes, he is an active participant who goes beyond simply completing assignments—he asks insightful follow-up questions and seeks a deeper understanding of
the material. His curiosity and willingness to engage help drive thoughtful discussions and enhance the learning experience for those around him.
Overall, he is a motivated and dependable student who takes his education seriously, making him well deserving of this honor.
