Under the requirements of the federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), WIVA/DCA/ISWI shall identify all students in foster care, have a foster care plan developed, and collaborate with the Child Welfare Agency and Tribal Child Welfare Agencies (CWA) to implement Title I educational stability provisions.
